    This is due to the FAT32 file system limitation. Files larger than 4GB cannot be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive as exFAT using a PC or Mac will resolve this issue.

  • What should I do if the iDiskk app crashes or disconnects?

    Log out of the app, delete it from your iPhone or iPad, and go to the Apple App Store to redownload and install the latest version. Ensure your Apple device is running iOS 13 or above, or Android 6 and above.

  • Can I download media files directly from iTunes or Netflix to the flash drive?

    No, Apple does not allow direct transfers of DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected files. However, you can download them on a PC or Mac first, and then transfer them to the flash drive.

  • How do I format the iDiskk flash drive using my iPhone?
