Upon unboxing your Nelko PM220 Label Maker, please ensure all the following components are included:

• 1 x PM220 Label Maker
• 1 x Roll of White Label Paper

מדריך התקנה

1. טעינה ראשונית

Before first use, fully charge the PM220 label maker using the provided Type-C USB cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the device and a compatible USB power adapter (not included).פֶּתֶק: Avoid using fast charging adapters.

1. Open the paper bin cover by pressing the release button on the side of the device.

2. Insert the label roll into the paper bin. Ensure the label tape is securely fastened on the right side by adjusting the paper slot according to the label size.

   חָשׁוּב: Do not tear or damage the green sticker on the back of the label strip, as this may affect printing quality.

3. Slightly extend the label paper out of the printer's output slot, then close the paper compartment cover.
4. Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Press the button on the right side to calibrate the label before printing.

3. App Installation & Connection (for iOS & Android)

For mobile printing, download the "Nelko" app from your device's app store.

Once installed, open the Nelko app. Tap "Unconnected" to locate your PM220 printer via Bluetooth and tap "Click to connect". 4. Driver & App Installation (for PC)

For PC connectivity, visit the official Nelko webאֲתַר: nelkoprint.com. Download the appropriate driver and the "Labelnize" app for your PM220 printer.הוֹדָעָה: Ensure the PM220 is turned on and connected to your computer via a USB cable before installing the driver.

Using the Nelko App (Mobile)

The Nelko app provides a powerful interface for creating and printing labels. It includes a wide range of features to customize your labels:

To create and print a label:

1. Tap the "+" icon to start a new label.
2. Select "Text" to input your desired text.
3. Edit the text, font, size, and alignment as needed.
4. Add other elements like pictures, barcodes, or QR codes if desired.
5. Once your design is complete, tap "Print".
6. Adjust print settings such as density and number of copies.
7. Confirm and initiate printing.

The PM220 utilizes Direct Thermal Technology, meaning no ink or toner is required. It prints quickly and efficiently, producing clear and high-definition labels.

תַחזוּקָה

• ניקוי: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the label maker. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
• ראש הדפסה: The thermal print head does not require ink or toner. If print quality degrades, gently wipe the print head with an alcohol swab (ensure the device is off and cool).

בעיות נפוצות ופתרונות

• המדפסת לא מתחברת דרך בלוטות': Ensure you are connecting through the "Nelko" app and not directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Restart both the printer and your device, then try connecting again.

  • Ensure you are using Nelko thermal label paper for optimal results.
  • Check that the green sticker on the back of the label roll is intact and not torn.
  • Calibrate the label by pressing the right-side button after loading paper.
  • Adjust the paper slot to ensure the label tape is securely fastened and aligned.
• "Printer tape not genuine" error: This error can sometimes occur even with the included label tape. Try restarting the printer and recalibrating the label. Ensure the label roll is correctly inserted and the green sticker is not damaged.
