3. התקנה

3.1 התקנת סוללה

4.5 Timeout Timer (TOT)

• The Timeout Timer (TOT) is preset at 180 seconds. This function limits the duration of a single transmission to prevent accidental continuous broadcasting and conserve battery life.

4.6 Channel Monitoring

• The radio supports channel monitoring, allowing you to listen to activity on a selected channel without the squelch active. Refer to the specific button functions for activating this feature (usually one of the side buttons).

4.7 Private Conversations (Security Codes)

• The PNI PMR R40 PRO allows for the encryption of both transmission and reception using security codes. This feature enables private conversations. Programming of these codes typically requires specialized software and a programming cable (see Section 4.9).

5. תחזוקה
