3. הוראות התקנה

3.1 הרכבת מסילה

The FasTrack system features a snap-together locking mechanism for secure connections. Assemble the track sections on a flat, stable surface to form a 40-inch x 60-inch oval. Ensure all connections are firm to prevent derailments and ensure consistent power flow.

Connect the Plug-Expand-Play Power Lock-on section to one of the track sections. Plug the Wall Pack Power Supply into the Power Lock-on section, then into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the power supply is easily accessible for disconnection when not in use.

The LionChief Remote Control requires three (3) AAA alkaline batteries for operation (not included). Use a Phillips screwdriver (not included) to open the battery compartment, insert the batteries according to polarity markings, and secure the cover.

Carefully place the locomotive and all cars onto the assembled track, ensuring all wheels are properly seated on the rails. Connect the cars using their operating couplers.

4.1 LionChief Remote Control

The included LionChief Remote Control allows you to operate the train's speed, direction, and sound features. Familiarize yourself with the buttons and dials on the remote for optimal control.

4.2 Bluetooth Control (LionChief App)

For advanced control, download the Lionel LionChief App on your compatible smart device. The app utilizes Bluetooth technology to operate your train, offering additional functionalities and customization options.

4.3 Lionel Voice Control (LVC)

The Lionel Voice Control (LVC) feature, accessible through the LionChief App, allows you to issue commands to your locomotive by speaking into your smart device. Refer to the app's instructions for specific voice commands.

4.4 RailSounds RC Sound System

The train set is equipped with a RailSounds RC Sound System, providing realistic steam chuffing and background sounds, whistle, bell, and user-activated Mickey Mouse announcements. An On/Off switch for sounds is located on the locomotive.

4.5 Puffing Smoke

The locomotive features a puffing smoke unit. Ensure the smoke unit is filled with Lionel smoke fluid (sold separately) for this feature to operate. Do not operate the smoke unit without fluid.

6.2 Sounds Not Working

• Confirm the On/Off switch for sounds on the locomotive is in the 'On' position.
