Thank you for choosing the MEDTECH GMV4 Cordless Rechargeable Massager Gun. This device is designed to provide deep tissue massage for muscle pain relief and recovery. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure safe and effective operation. Keep this manual for future reference.

4.2 Detachable Massage Heads

The GMV4 comes with six specialized massage heads, each designed to target different muscle groups and provide various massage experiences:

5. התקנה

5.1 טעינת המכשיר

Before first use, fully charge the massager gun. The device features a long-lasting 1800 mAh battery.

1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the massager gun.

3. The LED indicator on the device will show the charging status. A full charge is indicated by all 4 LED bars being lit.

5.2 Attaching and Removing Massage Heads

1. Ensure the massager gun is turned off before attaching or removing any heads.
2. To attach a head, gently push the desired massage head into the opening at the front of the massager gun until it is securely seated.
3. To remove a head, firmly pull the massage head straight out from the opening.

• To turn on the massager, long touch the power button for 2 seconds. The LED display will illuminate.
• To turn off the massager, long touch the power button for 2 seconds again.

The GMV4 offers 6 speed levels, ranging from 1400 RPM to 3400 RPM, allowing for customized massage intensity.

• The current speed level will be indicated on the LED display.

6.3 הנחיות שימוש

• Select the appropriate massage head for the target muscle group.
• Start with the lowest speed setting and gradually increase to a comfortable intensity.
• Gently glide the massager over the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure.
• Move the massager continuously; avoid holding it in one spot for too long.
• Recommended usage time per muscle group is 30-60 seconds. The device has an automatic 15-minute shut-off feature.
• Use for arms, neck, shoulders, legs, and back. Avoid sensitive areas and joints.

7. תחזוקה וטיפול

7.1 ניקוי

• ודא שהמכשיר כבוי ומנתק מהחשמל לפני הניקוי.
