Follow these steps carefully to assemble your radio kit. Refer to the circuit diagram and component layout provided with your kit for precise placement.

Prepare the PCB: Inspect the PCB for any defects. Familiarize yourself with the component placement markings.
Solder Resistors: Start by soldering the lowest profile components first. Identify all resistors by their color codes and solder them into their designated positions on the PCB. Ensure a good solder joint and trim excess leads.
Solder Diodes and Capacitors (Non-electrolytic): Solder diodes, ceramic capacitors, and other small, non-polarized components. Pay attention to the polarity of diodes.
Solder IC Sockets (if included) or ICs directly: If your kit includes IC sockets, solder them first. If not, carefully solder the ICs (CD9088, TA7642, TDA2822) into their correct positions, ensuring the notch or dot on the IC aligns with the marking on the PCB.

After successful assembly, follow these steps to operate your Walfront CF210SP radio.
