Starting a Massage:

1. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the foot inserts of the massager.

3. The device will typically start with a default massage program and timer setting.

Ending a Massage:

The massager will automatically turn off once the set timer expires. You can also manually turn off the device at any time by pressing the כפתור הפעלה.
