4. הוראות התקנה
- חבר מתאם מתח: Access the power adapter into the welder's input port. Plug the adapter into a standard AC 100-240 volt wall socket to begin charging the machine.
- חיוב ראשוני: Allow the capacitor to charge for 20-30 minutes. The LED display will show "CH-" intermittently during precharge. Ensure the voltage rises to between 5.2-5.8V before use.
- Install Mobile Welding Pen (70B): Insert the mobile welding pen into the designated pulse output ports on the front of the unit. Ensure the connection is solid and secure.
- Install Base and Downward Welding Head (73SA): If using the fixed rocker arm, install the base onto the bottom of the welder. Then, attach the 73SA downward welding head to the top of the unit, ensuring all connections are firm.

5.1. Setting Energy Grade
Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons on the unit to adjust the energy grade (welding power) from 0-99. The current setting is displayed on the LED screen. Adjust the energy grade based on the material and thickness you are welding. For example, welding 0.15mm pure nickel may require a setting around 40t, while 0.2mm pure nickel might need 80t, depending on specific conditions and desired weld strength.

5.2. מצבי ריתוך
The GLITTER 801B supports two primary welding modes:
- AT (Automatic) Mode: This is a high-efficiency welding mode where the machine automatically triggers the weld when sufficient pressure is applied by the welding pen or arm. This mode is user-friendly due to its pre-pressure extended control.
- MT (Manual/Foot Pedal) Mode: For precision welding, connect the foot pedal to the unit. To activate MT mode, press the foot switch and both the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons simultaneously. This mode allows for original welding parameter adjustment and precise control over the welding process.

5.3. תהליך ריתוך
Place the nickel strip onto the battery or material to be welded. Apply firm, consistent pressure with the welding pen or rocker arm. The machine will automatically trigger the weld in AT mode, or you can manually trigger it using the foot pedal in MT mode. Ensure good contact between the welding tips, nickel strip, and battery for optimal results. The welding spot should be clean and firm without false welding.

7. תחזוקה
- Clean Welding Tips: Regularly clean the welding pen tips with a fine abrasive sponge or Dremel after welding a group of batteries to ensure optimal performance and prevent carbon buildup.
- בדוק חיבורים: Periodically inspect all connections, including the power adapter, mobile welding pen, and rocker arm, to ensure they are solid and free from oxidation or dirt.
- אִחסוּן: Store the unit in a clean, dry environment away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
8. פתרון תקלות
If you encounter issues with your GLITTER 801B, consider the following:
- Low Welding Current Output: If the welding current output is low, check the following:
- Inspect the solder pins for oxidation.
- Ensure the welding pen and swing arm forwarder welder have a well-connected and solid connection.
- Check the surface of the battery and nickel strip for oxidation and dirt, which can impede proper welding.
- Machine Not Functioning / Error Codes: If the machine does not function or displays an error code (e.g., E-2), ensure the capacitor is fully charged (voltage around 5.5V or higher). Some error codes may indicate internal issues requiring professional assistance.
- Poor Welds: If welds are weak or inconsistent, try increasing the energy grade setting. Ensure consistent and firm pressure is applied during welding. Also, verify that the welding tips are clean and properly aligned.
