The Breville The Sommelier uses 90% pure oxygen to accelerate the decanting process. One minute of oxygenation is equivalent to approximately one hour of traditional decanting.

- Set Decanting Time: Use the rotary dial on the power base to set the desired oxygenation time. The display shows "DECANTING TIME" in minutes and seconds. Refer to the Breville app for recommended decanting times based on wine type, region, and vintage.
- Start Oxygenation: הקש על הַתחָלָה button. The appliance will begin the oxygenation process, and the display will show a countdown. You will observe bubbles rising through the wine.
