  • Vertical Chest Press

    Sit on the bench with your back firmly against the pad. Grip the vertical press handles with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Push the handles forward until your arms are almost fully extended, then slowly return to the starting position. Focus on engaging your chest muscles.

    Similar to the triceps pressdown, but use an underhand grip on the straight bar. This variation emphasizes different parts of the triceps.
